Natural Parks and Open Spaces in Cole Harbour

On Saturday I attended a great public brainstorming session regarding the open spaces in the Cole Harbour. I love to walk the trails in Forest Hills and also the Hertage and Salt Marsh Trail. Apparently there are many parks in this area but not everyone is aware of them.
The afternoon was spent in small groups that contributed ideas about how to make this area more liveable, now and for future generations.Ideas were discussed to increase accessibilty, have outdoor art and…

HRM would like to advise residents they will be holding a series of Public Information Meetings to review the proposed polling district boundaries.
The session for Dartmouth/Cole Harbour/Eastern Passage will be at 7:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, in the Nantucket Room of the Dartmouth Sportsplex, 110 Wyse Road.

Another Cole Harbour Harvest Festival has come and gone and what a successful event it was!!
Friday night's dance at the Cole Harbour Fire Hall was a lot of fun due in large part to being wonderfully entertained by The Laughing Freemen www.laughingfreemen.com.
